It can be small steps in a day that over time becomes a daily practice, and ultimately become a lifestyle.
It is equally important to surround ourselves with a supportive network of people who can encourage and motivate us in our journey towards overcoming fear and choosing love in the present moments. Our loved ones can offer us a safe space to express our fears and doubts, and remind us of our strengths and abilities. With their help and encouragement, we can take the necessary steps towards embracing love. We can help one another on our journey and self-development by continually practicing mindfulness, loving awareness, kindness, and compassion.
